Our bone-in curry cut is sourced from young goat and hand-trimmed by our butchers into even, medium-sized pieces ideal for slow cooking. The bone is left in deliberately — it renders flavour and richness into curries, biryanis, and stews that boneless cuts simply can’t match.

Every batch is dressed the same morning it’s dispatched, chilled immediately, and delivered within hours — never frozen, never held in storage.
